This project involved the civil and concrete construction works associated with the delivery of two new kindergarten facilities in Sunshine for Prebuilt. The works supported the development of modern early learning environments and associated external infrastructure.
Our scope encompassed a broad range of civil works, including trench excavation, installation of stormwater drainage systems, pipe laying, electrical conduit installation, pit construction, and agricultural drainage works to ensure effective site servicing and long-term drainage performance.
Concrete works included formwork, reinforcement fixing, and placement of concrete for various structural and external elements across both facilities. These works comprised the construction of stairs, access ramps, shed slabs, and a cricket pitch, all completed in accordance with project specifications and relevant standards.
Additional external works included the spreading and trimming of topsoil across the sports and recreational areas to achieve finished design levels and prepare the site for landscaping activities. Our team also coordinated and managed the asphalting of staff car parks, ensuring the timely delivery of pavement works and integration with surrounding infrastructure.
All works were undertaken in accordance with quality assurance, safety, and environmental management requirements while maintaining efficient coordination with other trades and stakeholders on site. The completed project delivered high-quality educational infrastructure and associated external works to support the growing needs of the local community.
