The scope of works included all formwork, reinforcement fixing, and concrete placement associated with the main house slab, ensuring the structural foundation was constructed in accordance with project specifications and design requirements. Particular attention was given to set-out accuracy, levels, and finish quality to support subsequent stages of construction.
In addition to the structural slab works, Kelly Civil Construction completed the construction of an exposed aggregate driveway, providing a durable and aesthetically pleasing finish that complemented the architectural design of the residence.
