Kelly Civil Construction was engaged by Northern Construction Group to deliver Formwork, Reinforcement and Pour (FRP) works for the Little Barbers Offtake and Merangatuk Culvert project as part of the NSW Sustainable Diversion Limit Adjustment Mechanism (SDLAM) Program of Works.
The broader project involved the construction of one box culvert regulator and one box culvert occupational crossing to support critical water management infrastructure within the Murray–Darling Basin. Kelly Civil Construction's scope included the supply and installation of formwork, placement of reinforcement, and concrete pouring activities associated with the in-situ structural concrete elements of the project, including base slabs, cut-off walls and apron slabs.
The successful delivery of these works demonstrates Kelly Civil Construction's capability in complex structural concrete construction, with extensive experience delivering high-quality FRP packages for water infrastructure, bridges, culverts and other civil assets in demanding project environments.
